Delta Queen-Sales Manager
Delta Queen is the Sales Manager for the Floor Store. She was born and raised in Hot Springs, AR. She is a mother of 2 boys Creed 11 yrs old and Cash 5 yrs old. She is a Travel baseball mom, she loves traveling and nature. She is a lover of all things to do with bodies of water, Delta has a fun filled busy life! She has worked at The Floor Store since July of 2017. She is engaged to Ty Clayborn, who also works for The Floor Store, and they have one dog, Barkley
Jenni Robertson-Director of Marketing/Sales Representative
Meet Jenni Robertson. She is the Director of Marketing and Sales Rep for The Floor Store. She is located at our Hot Springs Village location. Jenni was born in Little Rock and raised in Hot Springs. She has worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years beginning in her teens!!! She is a former bartender and previously worked at Chili’s for 5 years! She gained managerial experience working as assistant manager for Thai Me Spa. She has 3 children, daughters Abbi 17, Izabelle 8, and son Archer 2. She loves the outdoors, doing hair and makeup and binge watching Netflix and True Crime podcasts! She started at the Floor Store in September of this year and she immediately fell in love with this company and her work family! Like the rest of our team, she is a great team player and has gained and absorbed so much knowledge of this industry in a very short time. If she’s not working she’s at home being a mom.
Blake Cherry-Sales Representative
Blake is originally from Eldorado. He moved here a year and a half ago. He has 2 children , his son is 12 and his daughter is 2. His hobbies include working out, spending time outdoors, and being a father. He is so passionate about his job and is a team player! He started at the Floor Store in August of last year.
Jessica Sparks-Project Manager
Jessica Darter is the Project Manager for The Floor Store. She was born in California, raised in Malvern, AR and now lives in Bismarck with her boyfriend(hopefully fiancé) Jacob Parker. She has 3 kids, Grace 17, Lily 15 and Ethan 11. She is also Dog Mom to Marley. In her spare time she loves to watch her son play sports, spend time with her Mom, 3 sisters and 7 nieces and nephews. She has been with The Floor Store since February 2018.
Amber Welborn-Sales Representative
Amber Welborn is a Sales Representative at the Floor Store since September 16, 2020. She was Born in Houston Texas raised in Hot Springs Ar. She has two kids Faith 10 and Tyler 21. She loves spending time with her family and being outdoors.
Cindy Hern Sales & Design Specalist
Born and raised in Memphis, TN. Married in 91 and left Memphis to follow her husband’s job in Columbus, MS.
She has two daughters, Sarah 27 in Hattiesburg, MS and Reagan 25 in Jackson, MS and three fur babies, Paisley, Poppy and Swayzee Jane.
She has done freelance interior design throughout the Memphis and Columbus areas for the last 35 years.
After her divorce in 2017 and a huge flood in 2018 she felt it was time for a change. Her sister and brother in law lived in Hot Springs, AR and knew the Floor Store’s owner, Carlton Rogers as his company had done several remodels for them. She sent him a resume, came to town for an interview, got the job, went back to MS and packed up her life, bought a house in Hot Springs and never looked back!
In her downtime she loves to cook and create new recipes. Feeding people is a passion for her. She also loves to travel, decorate paint old furniture pieces to give them new life, shopping with her Mama and spending time with her family.
